  • How is the process of renting a car with ARRIVO?
    Choose your car on our website, contact us via your preferred method, and pick up your car at our convenient location.
  • What is the minimum rental period?
    At the moment, due to the overwheelming demand, our minimum rental period is 7 days.
  • What types of cars does ARRIVO Rentals offer?
    We offer a range of reliable, well-maintained vehicles, from compact cars for city driving to mid-sized sedans and SUVs, perfect for longer commutes or deliveries. Our fleet is designed to balance affordability and comfort, ensuring you get the best value.
  • How is ARRIVO Rentals different from other car rental companies?
    At ARRIVO Rentals, we believe in providing affordable rental options without compromising on quality. Our focus is on long-term rentals, making it easy for you to save more with extended rental periods. We’re here to support travelers, commuters, and gig economy workers alike, offering flexible and budget-friendly solutions.
  • What are your rental rates?
    Our rates vary depending on the vehicle type and rental duration. However, we offer competitive pricing, with discounts for long-term rentals (weekly and monthly). Get in touch with us for a personalized quote.
  • Is there a mileage limit for rentals?
    ARRIVO Rentals provides flexible mileage options. For short-term rentals, a daily mileage limit may apply. However, for long-term rentals, we offer generous or even unlimited mileage plans, ideal for those using the vehicle for work or frequent driving.
  • Can I rent a car for rideshare or delivery work?
    Absolutely! Our cars are perfect for gig economy workers such as Uber, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other delivery services. We offer flexible rental agreements tailored to support your work.
  • What happens if I return the car late?
    If you need to extend your rental period, please let us know as soon as possible. Late returns may incur additional charges, but we’re happy to work with you to accommodate your needs.
  • Are there any hidden fees?
    We believe in transparency. Our pricing is straightforward, with no hidden fees. You’ll be made aware of any costs upfront, including fuel charges, tolls, or any additional coverage options.
  • What if the car breaks down or I have an issue during my rental?
    Your safety and convenience are our priority. We offer roadside assistance with all rentals, ensuring you’re never stranded. We teamed up with RAC Roadside assistance which is the major provider of car insurances in Western Australia.
  • What are your cancellation policies?
    We understand that plans change. You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your pick-up time with no penalty. For cancellations within 48 hours, we charge 50% of your first week charge.
  • Can I pick up and drop off the car at different locations?
    Yes! We currently offer pick-up and drop-off in four different locations: Perth CBD, Malaga, Darch and Wangara. For 3-month and longer rentals we offer drop-off anywhere within 20km of Perth CBD. We are also working on expanding our services for more convenience in the future!
  • What is the minimum age required to rent a car?
    Yes, drivers 21 years and older are welcome to rent from ARRIVO Rentals all the way up to 84 years old, though a young driver surcharge may apply to those under 25.
  • What do I need to rent a car from ARRIVO Rentals?
    We are extremely flexible so all you need is either a WA driver’s license, International Driving Permit or simply a English translation of your international driver's licence (NAATI accredited and certified). You will also need a credit card or bank account so we can use for your weekly payments.
  • Do you require a deposit for car rentals?
    Yes, we require a security deposit at the time of rental, which is fully refundable when the car is returned in good condition. The bond is equivalent to two weeks' rental cost of the vehicle you choose.
